Prior to ACL, he was the Co-founder & General Partner of Evolvence India Fund (EIF), EIF was a Fund of Funds (FoF) focused on Private Equity, Real Estate and Infrastructure investments in India.
Jay had worked as a Portfolio Manager of DAMAC Investments, responsible for managing the portfolios of HNW Investors across the North America, Europe & GCC region. Portfolios included exposure to various asset classes such as PE, RE and Listed equities
Jay holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Madras University, is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI India), Cost Accountant from (ICWA India) and Information Systems Auditor (USA).

Esan is the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of Amalabh Capital limited. Esan has over two decades of work experience in the domain of Finance & Accounting. He has held various senior positions across organizations in India , UAE and Japan. In his previous stints, he has been a pioneer in identifying and improving Business process efficiency and streamlining workflows by implementing lean six sigma best practises in the organization.
Esan holds a Bachelors of degree in Commerce (from the University of Mumbai) and an MBA in Finance (Annamalai University).

Hema is an independent director of Amalabh Capital Limited. She has over 20 years of professional experience, having worked with PwC in both India and the UAE. She initially worked in PwC’s Audit practice before joining Transaction Services in 2004. Hema has versatile deals experience, having advised clients across entire deal spectrum. Her areas of expertise include Valuations, FDD, Financial Modelling, Debt Restructuring Reviews, Corporate Finance Advisory and Capital Structure Reviews across a broad range of industries. She has worked with a diverse clientele, including PE houses, family businesses, multinationals, government entities, lawyers and bankers.
Hema earned a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Madras University, India is a Chartered Accountant from (ICAI, India) and Cost Accountant from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Company Secretary & Deputy Compliance Officer
Mukesh handles the Secretarial & Compliance work at Amalabh Capital Limited. He is predominately involved in Company Secretarial responsibilities & Compliance. He has over 9 years of combined experience in Auditing, Accounting & Taxation in India. In addition to this, he was also involved in an audit of Listed Funds & Fund Managers of Australia.
Mukesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom) (Bharathiar University) and holds a Certificate from CISI on Global Financial Compliance & Certificate from CISI on DIFC Rules & Regulation.
